*Teams are accepted to the Tournament on a first come, first serve basis once full payment and completed entry form have been received by the Tournament Registrar.

*Cheques must be received by the registrar within SEVEN DAYS of completion of online registration. If a cheque has not been received within seven days, the option to register will be granted to the next interested team.

Format:

ROUND ROBIN/POOLS DEPENDING ON DIVISION SIZE

GAME DURATION: 25 MINUTE HALVES

Miscellaneous:

Referees supplied – (Assistant Refs & Lines-people for Playoff Games only)

* Game ball to be supplied by first team listed on schedule

* Standard BCSA/FIFA rules in effect

* Unlimited substitutions

* All teams must check the schedule for play-off game info

* We encourage all teams to carry a fully stocked first aid kit.

Discipline: Discipline Committee (3 Officials) will handle decisions

(a) 2 yellow cards or 1 red - Sit out one game

(b) Second red card in tourney - Expulsion from tournament

(c) Verbal abuse of Officials - Expulsion from tournament

(d) Fighting/Assaulting Officials - Expulsion, Ban from future tournaments

Prizes:

Champion teams in each Division win a Trophy and $700

2nd place takes home $500

Shoot Out Contest: Sunday, May 22-Time TBA   $2/player (Goalkeeper or Shooter)

WE REQUEST THAT COACHES AND MANAGERS MONITOR THE BEHAVIOUR OF TEAM MEMBERS AT ALL FUNCTIONS AND AT YOUR PLACE OF ACCOMMODATION DURING THE TOURNAMENT. THE CONTINUED SUCCESS OF THE TOURNAMENT AND YOUR ABILITY TO RE-ENTER DEPENDS ON EVERYONE’S CO-OPERATION.
